Demo video: HR compliance software for home health, hospice and behavioral health agencies The whole platform, narrated, in under seven minutes.
Recorded on Meridian Home Health, our demo agency, this walkthrough follows the personnel side of a survey from sign-in to the employee portal: the staff home screen, an employee binder with primary source verification, hiring from application to offer letter, forms signed in the app, the compliance grid and monthly snapshot reports, job descriptions, HR cases and pricing. Narrated, with on-screen captions, so it also works with the sound off.
Meridian Home Health is a fictional agency. Every name and record in the video is sample data. Short on time? The 100-second tour is on the home page.

0:00Introduction
Welcome to Corvara HR.

We're signing in to Meridian Home Health, a demo agency. Every login takes a password plus a code from your phone.
0:18Staff: the whole agency at a glance
Here's the whole agency at a glance. One card per person. The problems come to you. The ring shows how complete each file is. Under it, the most urgent item. Up top: headcount, compliance, what's overdue or expiring within 45 days. The red is the platform catching problems before a surveyor does.
0:44Inside an employee file
This is one person's HR file, built like the binder a surveyor asks for. Tabs across the top, one per compliance category. Open an item to file the document, set its dates, and keep every version ever filed. Licenses go further: primary source verification, with the proof attached. No proof, no sign-off. Waiving an item or marking it not applicable takes a written reason. Every change lands in an append-only audit trail. There's the employee portal panel. More on that later.
1:26Pipeline
Onboarding, as a board. Every new hire moves left to right through your stages, so nobody stalls quietly in the paperwork phase.
1:37Applications: review before you hire
Hiring starts with a public application form you can link from your website or a flyer. Submissions land in this list. Send someone to review, and a candidate file opens with just the pre-hire checklist, from references to the offer letter. They're not staff until you decide. Ayesha is a candidate, not an employee: no employee number, no onboarding clock. The offer goes out from here. It's a real letter in your agency's name, filled in for her. You sign, she signs in her portal, and it files itself. With references and the license check in, you press Hire. The full onboarding file opens, every remaining item scheduled from her start date.
2:34Templates: forms signed in the app
Templates: fillable, signable forms, including the real federal W-4, I-9 and W-9. Duplicate one to tailor it. Your copy of the offer letter replaces the original. Staff sign on their phone, and the signed copy files itself into the binder. Something wrong? Reopen and correct it. The old copy is superseded, never deleted.
3:03Reports: the compliance grid
Here's the compliance grid: every person against every requirement. Green is done. Red needs attention. Click any cell to land on that exact item. Staff get surveyed too: after hire, yearly, and after 90-day and annual reviews. The averages sit beside the compliance numbers. Any area averaging below 3 out of 5 becomes a corrective action finding. Satisfaction answers show only as combined averages, once 5 or more staff answer. Every month, compliance and survey results freeze into a snapshot report. When a surveyor asks about March, you hand them March, as it was.
3:50Requirements: the rulebook
Requirements is the master list of what your agency requires, by role. Each item has its due dates, renewal cycle and reminders. Set a rule once, and it covers everyone in that role, automatically.
4:09Job library
Job descriptions live here. Assign one, and the employee signs in their portal. It routes to their supervisor to countersign, and the finished copy files itself. Change the wording later, and old signatures are voided. New wording, new signatures.
4:30Documents
Documents holds the agency's own paper: policies, state licenses and insurance certificates. It's encrypted at rest, organized by category, and one click away when someone official asks.
4:48HR cases
Grievances on one side, disciplinary actions on the other. Every disciplinary action carries a mandatory one-week follow-up. Any follow-up that comes due stays flagged until it's written down. Closed cases are final. Reopening a grievance takes an admin and a written reason.
5:10Support and settings
Support is a direct line to us, inside the app. Replies within a business day, not a ticket queue with an echo. In Settings, you make it yours with your logo and colors. On the White label plan, your brand comes first, ours in the footer.
5:32The employee's side: the portal and surveys
One last thing: the employee portal. It's what makes the binder fill itself. When Bianca's hire date arrived, the platform queued her a survey on how hiring went. She hasn't answered, so let's be her. She gets a secure, one-time link. No password to remember. This is Bianca's portal, her whole world: only her own checklist. And right at the top, the survey. Six ratings and a comment, then Submit. Answers are frozen once submitted. Back on Reports, her answer is already in the survey pulse. If something scores low, the corrective action plan gets the finding.
6:24Pricing
Getting started: a $500 implementation, paid once. Then $25, $30 or $45 per employee a month. Minimum $250 a month, plus $15 for hosting. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. You're typically running in 24 to 48 hours.
